In case you wish to cancel your trip to Morocco due to unexpected circumstances, the refund will be total or partial, depending on the number of days left for the start of the trip and the type of excursion.
For one to three day trips with guaranteed departures, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the trip and you will be refunded the full amount. If the tour is private, you must notify the cancellation at least 15 days before the trip for a full refund.
If the trip lasts longer than three days and has guaranteed departures, you must notify the cancellation with a minimum of 15 days in advance to receive a full refund.
In case of private excursions, we apply the following conditions:
1. If the cancellation is made at least 25 days before the departure date, the traveler is entitled to a 100% refund.
2. If the cancellation is made between 24 and 15 days before the departure date, the traveler is entitled to a 60% refund.
3. If the cancellation is made in less than 15 days before the trip, the traveler will not be entitled to any refund.
It is important to note:
In case of cancellation by the traveler, the travel agency must be notified immediately by email or phone call during office hours. Cancellations received outside working hours will be considered made from the next business day.
